Peter Wheeler's Cerbera
Discussion
I have owned for the last 2 years Peter Wheeler’s Cerbera PE51 XBV (see the photo on my profile) and I am trying to build up a portfolio of pictures and stories of this car since it was made in 2001. Does anyone out there have any photographs or stories they can post? Or information on any modifications it may have had? I have extracted pictures off several websites and have copies of some of the magazines it has appeared in, but I am sure there is a lot that I have missed.
Thanks in advance.

Im sure that car was featured in an issue of EVO or something very similar where the article was super car shoot out.It was pitched againt Porsches,Ferrari,Lambo, and i think a Zonda. If i remember rightly it would have been gaining seriously on the Lambo if they had a longer Runway. They (the writers)were most impressed with it.I have the mag some where amongst the hundreds of other car mags in my collection.
It was featured in the Million Quid Mega-Test, December 2002 issue of Top Gear. I have got it here and its a brilliant wright up. Its up against Mercedes Sl55 AMG, Aston Martin Vanquish, Pagani Zonda C12S, Lamborghini Murcielago 6.2, Ferrari 575 Maranello F1 and a Porsche 911 Turbo.
My favourite bit is the bit that says " I have bagged another go in the Lamborghini, hammering up the runway at a steady 150mph. I flick my eyes up at the rear view mirror and suddenly the slated rear window has changed an alarming shade of green. There's a maniac in a TVR Cerbera lodged right up my chuff and there's nothing I can do to make him disappear."
And I also like "If you have managed to aquire any of the other exotica driven here, and if one day you see an uncommonly green, long snouted coupe hurtling up your backside, best avoid trouble and step out of its way."
Makes you realise how fast the Cerb's are.
Nice car Tony

Edited to add link to EVO review against Brabus Merc

Thanks for the piccies, I almost feel privileged to be driving this car and even after 2 years of ownership I am still like a Cheshire Cat when I drive her, which incidentally is most days.
The car was at Power last June for a service, but I did not get time to get it on the RR. Living in the most easterly point of the UK, everywhere is a long way away.!
Thanks again
