I think I may have been cheated from the classifieds on here

I have put a post on General Gassing but basically I saw an add, contacted the seller, paid an agreed amount into his bank account and as yet have not received the goods, can not get hold of the seller and have just noticed that he has re advertised the goods back in the classifieds? What shall I do?
