Comma Compatible (coolant, break/clutch & power steering)?

Hi all! Just a quick question about coolants, break/clutch fluid and power steering fluid.
I've got a 2000 Tuscan and the handbook recommends Mobil for everything which is fine but I can't get hold of the stuff (other than the 0W40 engine oil)! I can't find anywhere to buy it online and all the so called resellers Esso/Halfords etc. only seem to stock their own brands these days.
Can anybody tell me where you can buy this stuff...preferably online in the UK?
If not, does anybody know if I can use the COMMA brand stuff (which I believe is supposed to be pretty good...it was recommended for my Caterham). I noticed they were selling it in Wilkinson's in Cheltenham the other day. I heard that not all coolants mixed, is that true? I guess the DOT4 break/clutch fluid would be OK?
