Quiet rackmount server?

Can anyone reccomend one? Needs to be a couple of U to fit a few drives in. To go in a closed cab with people in the same room...

What does it need to run? I've got a couple of sparc servers that are whisper quiet compared to the Dell ones in the same rack.

I can say for certain Don't go for any of the Compaq DL380 range, they are properly noisy thanks to about 14 fans inside!!

2k3 unfortunatley Just tossing ideas around at this stage. Yep I've heard the DL-380's they're unbeleivable!! I think I could make it quiet if I got one of those DIY 4U cases and used big fans & decent PSU but something off the shelf would be much nicer/less hassle...
