Respray - colour choice

Guy's I know I haven't started the rebuild yet, but I've been thinking about the colour.

I was given the option of having the body sprayed whilst I'm doing the chassis work (apparently this can be easier for the sprayer etc), and this is kind of appealing to me as it will free up the space in the garage!

The thing is do I keep it the same colour, go for a 'metallic' version of the same colour or go for a complete change?

Currently the car is 'black cherry' (a dark maroon/burgundy'ish) - now I'm guessing that if I keep it this colour the new paint job will look a whole lot better than it does now with a bit more depth and shine etc.

Going the metallic route would be nice, but what to do if I go for a complete change?

I've always loved Paradise Purple and the TVR Racing Purple (T400R's) - but not sure if these would suit the 'S' and Black would be cool (I've had loads of black cars....) - or as an off the wall idea how about Orange with black wheels?????

If anyone could knock up a couple of photoshopped versions that would be great.

Go for a union jack paint job a la Austin Powers. (and yes I know his was a Jag E type thank you, for all those ready to type in).
