That is seriously a bad piece of workmanship.

I personally would not let them touch the car and get a reputable company fix it then let the original guy pay for it. Blatantly see it was a shoddy repair.
The swirls and marring are not too hard to sort but if you say there are bubbles in the paint, then this would necessitate a new respray. If its orange peel then that could be flatted back but if the job is as bad as it looks, I would be wary as to how much paint and clear there is to flat back.!!!!!

That's really bad, I feel for you.

Sorry I've not read the whole thread so apologies if you have done this but you really do need to name and shame the idiots who did the repairs.

Please keep us updated on how things pan out.
