Changed the msd and all is running fine, aircon works well now I have the belt back on,My only concern is the handling,The person I bought the car off said that ultima set the suspension, the car handles terrible even at say 50mph on a back road it is pulling all over the show,I know it will pick up any bump or tramline in the road but this is really quite bad!!!does it sound like I need the suspension setting up properly??the last set of tyres that were on the car had worn on one side quite bad.

May need to set the bump steer. Made a huge difference to mine. Moved the steering rack about 6mm.

Glad to hear you have sorted out the engine problem There is a guy called Steve Smith in Nuneaton Warwickshire who might be able to help you out with the driving problem If you are going to Stoneleigh Sat / Sun he may be able to have a look, I think Clive and Wayne know of him, so he comes highly recommended, E mail for a no. He did a lot of work on my car.

You can only ask them but they will more than likely decline at show time as they will be busy talking to all and sundry about the LS7 project ( seems like someone finally managed to awaken them by wafting a strong coffee smell under their noses ) but will no doubt be happy to make an appointment for you to take it to the factory for a thorough check up at a later date.

It sound as though you need the factory to give it the once over. They do this FOC for builders, so I would think they have a service for purchasers of pre-builts. Worth the cash.
