Speed cameras

Bloody speed camera, driving along about 9 tonight, camera detector starts beeping, i slow down, knew the camera was there. Julie asks me whys that thing beeping, ur slowing down. To which i reply theres a camera. Slowed to about 28, as i drive past it flashes me, nothing on the other side of the road. Bemused and panic stricken i try to recall the events, apparently the camera detector showed 25 and my speedo was 28 (i know why theres a difference), so why did it flash me? Ill get disqualified with another 3 points, any advice?

Suspect some else better versed will advise better -but - ACPO gidelines for prosecution is 10%+2 = 35 in a 30. Reason speedo read higher is due to speedo inaccuracy - 25 possibly more accurate. If photos looked at ,suspect you won't even hear a thing - if you do get right over to pepipoo ,as it would appear that photos ain't been consulted.
