Sent my chimmy to TVRBodyshop a couple of months ago.The owner Jason was tasked with respraying my Cooper Green car GTS Viper blue, carrying out a headlight conversion and updating the locking system to the current one.He also carried out a full service.I collected it yesterday and drove it for the first time today. What a sterling job.The car looks out of this world and feels like a different car.I also had the hood retrimmed in blue by Matrix.I strongly recommend that anyone thinking of tidying up their car goes for it.Having worked out the cost of replacing the car I consider a makeover a good way of actually saving money.Don't get me wrong it was not cheap but you get what you pay for.Patience is also required.I will try and post before and after pictures with this message but anyone who wants to have a look is welcome to contact me via email.

Been thinking about doing the same to my Cureton Green Chim.....(as you know)....dont know whether to keep it Green or change it to Blue. I would love to see some pics please.
Pleased that yours turned out nicely and i think that youve done the right thing by going for a modern colour.

Tony - My chimmy is biscuit inside.I was concerned that the colours would not match but it looks great.

Martrim are on 01606834480 and are located in Cheshire.Total cost for the hood was £350 plus the dreaded vat.
