Fork oil same as engine oil?

about to change the oil in my fox forks, aslong as the weight is the same (7.5) can i use engine oil?

does mixing 5 and 10 weight oil give 7.5 wt?

1 - not the same....may work, but is it worth finding out? Motorbike fork oil is OK but proper Fox better

i recommend TFTuned, if you want the best out of your forks,

i used to do my own and still do somtimes for a quick tweak, but was given a pair of rockshocks by a mate who had messed them up and was going to bin them, sent to TFTuned, came back better than when they were new, my mate was stunned.

so if you mess your forks up send them to Tim at TFTuned, you will not reget it,

just do not put engine oil in them.
