Rear Screen Sticking To Seal(Mk 1 Tuscan)

Does anyone have any advice on how to stop the rear screen on my 2001 tuscan sticking to the seal it sits against? Thanks in advance.

A bit of silicon spray applied with a small sponge on the seal helps with removal & re-fitting of the rear window.

The one I use is from Halfords in a spray can.
