Advice please on buying a second hand tuscan & running costs

Hi,

I'm new to TVR's but love the look of the Tuscan and am seriously considering buying one on a Y plate or later for use on a daily basis.

Can any of you knowledgable folk give me some advice on what questions I should be asking, what to look out for, typical running costs, how much I should expect to pay for a good one and examples of insurance costs (I'm 46 with a clean license and full no claims).

Martin - suggest you spend some good time on this forum to read up on a lot of different posts, starting with
