Can I 'bump' my advert?

I am trying to sell the Chim but with so many dealer ad's, my ad has dropped back several pages rather quickly. Is there a way to bump it back up or do I need to resubmit the advert again. It used to be possible just to edit it and it would go back to the top but that doesn't work any more.

Think you can only bump after 10-14 days now - to stop just that sort of thing
