***** ESSEX MEET ******* Thursday 17th May

We had quite a few last time at the Lodge in South Woodham Ferrers so why not come along and meet us. We share the meet with the Essex Subaru club and all are welcome with any type of car. With a bit bit of luck we will have good weather so pop along. There are people there from 6:30pm and onward.

I've never been to a meet so this might be my first one.

Does everybody there knows each other or is it like a "join the table and have fun" meet ?

I'm at work at the moment and just saw that i've got to work that day, but i'll put up a note for a shift swap, so hopefully i'll be able to come that day.

Just turn up. We are getting to know each other but new people turn up all the time and we are freindly honest

I may struggle to get along this month as Mrs. 308GTB is going to Portugal with her mates for a long weekend over that date. I will be in charge of the 5 year old and a 1 year old. It did cross my mind to get a baby sitter for the evening but I think this may be frowned upon

I'll make sure that Steve (348tb) is aware of the evening.

We are alwayst there untill 9pm or later. Its pretty laid back. Its some blokes in a pub who like cars. Be pleased to see you if you are able to drop by.

Morning Chaps - gonna have to bail out on this one aswell i'm afraid - have a meeting (planned for months) that I MUST attend after work. Not sure how next month's meet falls with a certain race in France?
