Help needed - sat nav on 2005 Discovery 3...............

Where can I get a sensibly priced sat nav disc for a 2005 Disco.3 . Main dealer is taking about £155+vat just for the disc !! Can they be copied ? Any help is much appreciated - Im not tight but £155 quid for a DVD disc - c'mon !!
