Does anyone have any pictures of anything 'weddingy' that they would let me use in a banner (free paperbag) the banner will be quite small and the pictures will be toned B&W and made almost transparent, so that little could be recognised, its for my website.
Could be anything from a laid up table, glass of champagne, new wedding rings on fingers, bridal jewels or tied up bridal hair, a mans neckpiece....
The last thing I want is to copy someones pictures and have them banging on my email box
TIA

Here's a novel idea. Approach one of your local wedding photographers, you may have to pay to use it but it looks as if it might be for a business web site. It is hard to enough to earn a living as a photographer without people looking for freebies all the time.

Sorry - I'm going to be less helpful than I'd hoped. It turns out the most relevant stuff I have was shot before I went digital, so I won't be able to post it. I've got a few studio shots of wedding dresses though, which you're welcome to use as long as the face of the model isn't recogniseable. You can do what you like with the rose pic. If you'd like any, just let me know what size you need.

Thanks to those that have helped
Those piccies are a great start,
Mrs Fish, you keep posting up pictures of a table in some threads, am I allowed to use a small part of that? (please )

FWIW Its for a website for a hobby of mine which I am expanding to sell on Ebay, will I make money from it? No. But its fun to fill my evenings with something worthwhile

Let me know if you want the high-res versions of any of these (sorry they are scans rather than digital)

Hi would just like to apologise for my last post. Normally I try to help where possible but I guess I was just having a bad day. Bit of background is that I worked for a fairly large organisation as a photographer and was made redundant due to a 'do it youself' culture within departments and the 'borrowing' of stock and other pictures.

Sdws, I understand where you are coming from, a lot has changed in the attitude to professional photography/photographers in the 15 years I have been one. Mediocre/reasonable results are far easier to achieve these days and because of this they are becoming the norm and acceptable in many arenas that previously enjoyed high value and highly valued work. Having said that the images offered here look good but if I can help you missdiane, I am at www.leotheweddingphotographer.co.u (copyright free)
