after a few months of deliberating finally purchased my self a 04 gallardo in caleum blue..
car arrives next week cant wait..
was wondering if anyone knew the cheapest way of getting hold of some callisto alloys. or indeed if they had any photos of a caluem blu gallardo with any other wheels bar the standard.

many thanks.

Hi, and welcome to the club, You should find some on USA ebay, or your local dealer listing at about £3,500.

Hi silverfox

Congrats on a great purchase!!
As V-neo says Ebay USA is the place to look but they are not cheap

Let me know if you find any as I'm 'tentively' looking myself!

Thanks

Welcome to the fold. Nice to see you've bought one in the best colour!
As Neo says the Calisto's are not cheap but do look the part.

You could get the standard rims painted black - it looks really good and cheaper than callistos! Jonny5 has a good contact who can do that.

Me Biased never!

I actually thought about black rims for mine, but I just don't think it'd look right with the blue colour scheme.

Andy.

I've got a client getting it done (Caelum blue with cassiopea rims), I'll get some pics and then you can see what you think.

Hi Silver - Congratulations on the purchase - was that the car from Bentley Edinburgh? If so I assume it's a RHD - Excuse me for asking, it's just that I agreed to buy one from a dealer down south and sited that car in my argument on price and he reckoned it was an LHD, but as it appeared sold we couldn't tell either way!

Well done silverfox_6!! Hope to see it sometime on a run.

Andy, I too was thinking about some black rims. Funnily enough, after driving for a week there was enough dust residue on my wheels to change to a dark grey (which I thought was a better colour..heheh). Felt too guilty so I gave up to the urge and gave them a rinse.

Thanks for the reply Silver - that's useful information, although I think I have just concluded my negotiations for an 04 e-gear with 18K on it - hopefully arriving in about 10 days time
