What are you guys doing that I'm not....?

Or do we assume that the computer reads differently on each car?

19.4 at the moment and climbing - 3.41 diff has given me back MPG!!! (and no loss in acceleration either).

Am hoping to break the 20 mark and then I can keep the car as a daily driver

Haven't had to put diesel in mine at all...........
Seriously though, 24MPG on motorway runs - i find the M25 is the best - 50 MPH speed limits are fantastic for fuel economy, but generally around 21MPG elsewhere - too much traffic to floor it for long enough....

Had 32 on a recent trip to the Lake district, best yet for me.

On a spirited motorway run am seeing around 26/27, on a typical week around town can drop to 21ish and if I am having a crisis, about 17.

Mine was from Fareham to Castle Combe a few weeks back. I didn't (for once) use the cruise control and there you go.. 27mpg. Never ever seen it that high. I'm still stock - no pipes or tune yet. Usually round town it's around 16mpg. Big difference

Best I saw was 26.9 on a run to Liverpool day after I picked it up - driving back the otherway into a head wind dropped to mid 24's. Regular driving now with very little town works seems to keep it around 21
