Can I have a sticky thread please?

I'm planning an event which will involve quite a few (150-200) PH members on the TVR Cerbera Forum. Ideally I'd like to have a sticky with the attendance list that only I can edit and maintain, in order to control attendance. Please can you let me know if this would be possible? Thanks! Oh, the Title of the thread should be 'Fighting Torque Running List'
