gallardo insurance

hi

can anyone help me any ideas how much i should be paying for my insurance for my gallardo

got my car 2 weeks ago and just told my broker to swap cover from my out going Ferrari 360 to the gallardo now got the bill in and for a years insurance thay want about 4 k

surely this can be bettered

and ideas how much any owners already pay or any good brokers about cheers Tim

Just had my renewal through from AON, £1,500 for 8,000 miles a year. But then I am the wrong side of 25!

Just got my renewal from AON for the GT, which is a similar value to a new Gallardo, and that was less than 2K so I think you can definitely do better.

I was surprised by this as on here people seem to praise them

Hmm thats really wierd.... gary even phoned me from his holiday as my RS's insurance ran out over a bank holiday and he wanted to ensure I had cover! Couldnt have been more helpful really. They did send the quote in the post to me rather than ringing back though. Give them a call again - I xffered to them from another broker mainly because the level of cover was really good and the quote was brilliant.

It was Chris's mobile I phoned in the first place I have renewed that car now (elswhere) but Ferrari is due in September so may try them again.
