Construction/Building firms

Afternoon PH'ers,

Anyone in Kent for or own a small Building/Construction firm looking to recruit a QS/Estimator/Manager etc. in the near future?

I'm currently working for a large construction company building industrial units (heart not in it) but spent 4 and a half years involved with shopfitting, refits, small works and maintainance and would love to work for a small firm again! would love to do small developments and renovations (ideal job !)

No, all over the country but mainly in the South. There are various other opportunities in rail/health/civil etc but I only deal in retail.
