Run Out at 7.32 only an hour or so !!Then back to a pub for a shandy !!or 3

Anyone any thoughts to food? I'll probably take a change of clothes to work, and leave straight from which means I'll get there early, and could have a bite to eat. Anyone want to do likewise, or is anyone planning to scoff afterwards?

I'll need food! Won't manage to be there early though, so if anyone wants to have food after the run, I'll be up for that.
