un update on my insurance claim

theyve made an offer for the bike and a small amount of compensation for the rider, which has been rejected as he hurt himself quite badly, but it appears the end is now in sight and i might actually be able to get a new bike this summer the problem is im completly stuck on what to get, i really would like the 1098 but dont know if i will have the extra £3k spare, the new 600RR is a brilliant bike but im not sure if i will get bore of it after having a beutifully engineered 1000, then i coul get another Fireblade but there is the looming new 2008 model so i fear i may drop a depreciation clanger, any other sugestions?, the R1 is a definate no no, i idnt get on with my 2004 one whatsoever.

a GSXR 7450?, a nearly new 1098 would be a brilliant idea but they seem to be in very scant supply so have barely dropped any money its still going to be another month or so until i see a cheque i would think so it gives me time to think about, ive had loads of Hondas though and theyve all been brilliant but i might give the Ducati a go if i can find the extra cash.
