...for a sensible price? Demon Tweeks have some nice competition systems for a few hundred quid, but I'm just after a reasonable size thing to keep in my Tiger just in case.

I'd like it to fit into the footwell under the knees of the passenger, so if possible I'd like a stumpy fat bottle rather than a tall thin one.

thanks
James

Get yourself down to Aldi, on Sunday. 1kg dry powder extinguisher, plus bracket, plus little gauge on the side, £6.99.

Happy days.

Hope that helps.

Hi Guys,

I'm new on here and I know little about kit cars at the moment but I do know about fire extinguishers.. If you can, get a Halon extinguisher. Due to being not very green it is no longer made for general consumtion so to speak and is now only used for aviation because it an put a big fire out quickly and comes in a small bottle like your power ones do. It is the most effective extinguisher around and does not leave a coating of nasty powder over evertwhere. I always seem to pic em up on ebay for a few quid.
