Thanks very much for the huge welcome I received as the competition winner of Autocar...and the chance to try out and get stuck into the new VXR8 alongside top British journos My god the new car sounds nice and drives superbly.
I had a totally mental time (one for the phrase book Dieter!) in great company and will definitely be a trip I will not forget in a hurry. Cool beans.
Thanks Brian (Greens) for the message when I was out there and for everyone reading Rob_78's post about the VXR8, he's now much happier now I'm home but is still acting like a lovesick puppy haha! Little did he know that they were discussing his post during our HSV presentation in Melbourne - rather embarrassingly for me.
P.S Phil: Rob loved your present, he's now trying to work out how to turn his Fiat Punto into a Vauxhall VXR8 since he's now only got to find about another million parts!
