Cost of a Porsche 911 Carerra 2 Tool Kit and Jack

Anyone know how much it will cost to replace a 2003 Porsche 911 (996) tool kit and jack from a Porsche Dealer? Is there a cheaper source for buying them new?

Are they avalable second hand? Is there any difference between the tool kits and jacks provided for the various models if I was buying second hand?
