Have written to say we're not covered for theft until we provide them with proof of tracking device. Ok, so does that mean that each day that passes, they'll send me a cheque for a few quid by means of refund for theft cover paid for but not supplied?

Also it says "theft or attempted theft". Presumably a failed theft attempt would be unhindered by tracker or no tracker, right? Like pryed locks or a broken window but unable to start, how can they justify not paying out for attempted theft until they get a tracker certificate?

If not, if it gets nicked and I show them the tracker certificate, they'll have to pay up, right?

If you have a tracker and it gets nicked I think they will pay out, but don't take my word for it.

Also they loose docs ... so YOU MUST send recorded and take a copy.

They had a large back log ..
