Drivers seat position

Firstly I should point out that the driver's seat in my Chimaera is fine for me (I'm only 5'11''), but I have made a curious discovery. I noticed that the driver's seat will not go as far back as the passenger seat . I expected to find that something was blocking the runners , but no ,the mounting bolts are about 2-3'' further forward into the car . Are there alternative mounting points under the carpet or will I have a problem should I try and sell to someone 6' plus.

Dunno, maybe the passenger seat has been positioned further back to allow space for the battery box?

I think you're right. Recently had the drivers seat out of mine and noticed the difference when trying to put the seat all the way back. Think the cockpit is smaller in the passenger side due to the battery in the footwell.

Pretty sure thats the case on mine, drivers seat is mounted further forward and always has been.
