try www.photo-models.co.uk. Most on there are based in scotland but they will travel.

those two above however I suggest you use someone with some experiance as newbies generally don't know what to do or they poute lol should not cost you much unless they are stripping off. maybe £45-50 for 2 hours

You're often better using someone you know or an 'interesting' looking find. I'd ask for a picture first. Only ever used an agency once and they sent a real dog. In fact a real dog would have been far more attractive and more fun.

I see you're based in London, as such, there are many agencies available, depending on what type of model you require. An agency would be reluctant to offer a model for free if its a pro shoot but can be accommodating if you explained your situation and budget. The photographer, if a pro, should be able to get a keen but new model to work for the shoot. New models desperately need tear sheets and experience for their folio. You can set up a casting and chose from a selection of models available, even from a few different agencies. But you do get what you pay for and many times its more cost effective and less hassle in the long run.

I don't know what type of model you want, so can't suggest an agency. Good luck.

Poah's right. My comments weren't particularly helpful (meant to be funny). You certainly do get what you pay for. You can be very fortunate and find great models by chance (man or woman in the street, so to speak). However, if you are looking for a professional model, you do get what you pay for. Reputable model agencies will provide you with a model that is experienced in front of the camera and this is an awfully big help if you have little experience of photographing people.
