To remove is it just a case of gently pulling away. I assume they are self adhesive or clipped in ?

hi i resently changed mine turn half way there is a slot in the wing and the plastic clip just pops out

just get a flathead screwdriver, put some insulation tape round the end to protect the paint, and very gently pry the back of it up until it pops out, then to refit, just push it back in gently and it will clip right back in
