Polybushes

I'm thinking of polybushing my suspension this winter.
Does anyone do a kit for an S series or do you have to sort out all the bits individually ?

Also anyone thats done a polybush upgrade - I'd be interested to know your views - does the hard compound make the ride a bit harsh ?

i won some at s club heaven 3.... never got them though so don't know if they were ever produced.... i think The Gazman was involved try him>>>

I spent some time trying to get Powerflex to supply some Glacier bearing bushes the right size but they seemed utterly half-hearted about it to be honest and in the end I gave up. I got a set of Superflex bushes instead, not quite as sexy but they'll do the job.

I have fitted polybushes to my car (can`t remember the exact make, but they came from the main suppliers. I thikn they were Wiltshire way).

Anyhow, they were simple to fit, and work fine. However, I cannot say they are any better than the original rubber bushes. I only replaced mine because I was not sure as tot he condition of the originals, which judging by their excellent condition, were certainly not original.
Someone knowledgeable the other day said that Poly bushes were fine, but you have to make sure they do not get pinched up by the side pivot brackets, other wise they either sieze, or split.

Nothing is ever perfect!
