Do I need 2 seats & an interior to get the Griff through its MOT?

Just getting tired of it in the garage when there's only the interior to go - if I put a seat & the steering wheel on, then it would be safe to drive, but I'm not sure what the tester would say about (secured) cables all over the show and no passenger seat (it's being repaired & trimmed) plus things like the electric window switches not being properly secured to anything.

Hmm not sure, I just think all the required controls have to be in the correct place and working.

I'd pop down and ask before you took it to be safe.

I believe that if you have no seat it is ok as long as there is no seatbelt. If the seatbelt is still in then you will need a seat and vice-versa.

I'd just tidy the cables up neatly and you should be ok.

Chap I compete against who runs a 911 just got an MOT and he has only a race seat, harness and the bare minimum of controls. I normally take the race seat and harness out of the Griff and pop both the standard seats back. Don’t know it if it is a requirement but as it only takes 15 mins to do....
