Factory Five GTM Supercar?
Discussion
Do you guys have any opinions on this|
www.factoryfive.com/table/ffrkits/GTM/GTMkit.html it looks fantastic, they reckon on a total build budget of about 40k USD, ok for that you have to source a donor C5 vette for the engine and suspension and a G50 box. The only real downside is they don't do a right hand drive version as yet and seeing as nobody in the UK has built one SVA would be a bit of an unknown quantity?

RHD is now available. it is being imported into the UK
Source ?
if you needs details let me know

anything else let me know.
The car is imported through WWW.innotecworld.com
The car ISNT available RHD with factory five having NO plans of doing so. The car "lends" itself quite easily to be RHD converted from LHD (suppose innotec would help) thats the words of the technical sales guy,Jason Lavigne
at FFR.
But that more ££ss
This car would have to be on a Q plate as more than one item is a recon or 2nd hand part provided it passed a UK SVA.
looks Okish but not for me

have any yet gone through the SVA procedure?? As if so then the VOSA SVAIM book i am reading is out of date, that states all parts must be new apart from one either the gearbox or engine to qualify for new plate
If not then the car that was SVAd must made up of all new corvette parts.?
DO you know if it went through as (d)very low volume, (b)amature build or (c)car made up of parts from registered vehicle
i.e what category
cheers
