Hi All

I am the proud owner of my first Holden. The Model is a Holden Capa F-320 4 door saloon. I havent put a picture on yet but as soon as the weather improves i will get on on. i have only had it 2 weeks and so many people have stopped and asked me what it is always make me smile and even more when i start the engine.

Just looking for contacts with any other owners and any meets that go on in the UK. Also i really would like to get a very slight boot spoiler if anyone can help.

Anyway look forward to your replies.

Hi Yes it would be i actual brought it from a friends garage in Daventry.

I wasnt so sure when i saw it if it was the one for me but now driving it i love it to bits. 2 samll problems it is going back in for in the morning if you dont rev it up stright away it dies and the interior light the fuse has been remove because they wont switch off but i am sure it wont take alot to cure.

Hi Glen,

Welcome to the forum, glad you came along to check it out. I'm the guy with the black HSV you spoke to this morning about it. Quite a coincidence to have two such rare cars outside offices practically next door to each other on the same estate!

Welcome anyway, great to have another 4-door owner around.

Yeah, dying engine if not revved must be frustrating, sure that can be sorted easy enough as with the interior light. Think you could be the first CAPA owner on here as I don't recall anyone at various meets with one over the last few years. Bootlid spolier is around £1k fitted & sprayed from memory from the UK HSV GTS, might be worth looking at the one off the Omega Elite as it is a bit more discreet, bloody sure the bootlids are identical?

Got to laugh, now you have joined a very elite bunch who own a V8 with an inclined 3. My advice would be to chat/meet Rob Baker at Smartarse Design in Watford 01794 367878 & mention the original smartarse sent you - I think Robs car was on 5th Gear earlier this week. Feel free to ring me though for any help I can give. My current Pulse Coupe has 115 BHP or 90 at the wheels with 130 ft-lbs of torque at the wheels!

Hi Glenn

Your CAPA1 is a superb car. Basically a Holden Calais but with an awful lot spent on it, both in performance terms and with the new leather/suede (or alcantara, I can't tell) interior. Frankly, I was in two minds whether to sell it at all.

We have a couple more four doors (unregistered) at pretty attractive prices for those that can't run to the new model.

I might be missing something, and I'm not being funny, but what is a Holden Capa? Must be a model they don't sell in Australia?

Hi I am lead to believe it is a Holden Calais which a company call capa take and modify it a bit like AMG do to Mercedes.

I have only had the car 2 weeks but the vin plate says capa everywhere on the car has capa badges but it definatley stared life a Holden Calias.
