Problem with foreign (extended), characters in posts

Hi Ted,

There seems to be an issue with extended characters on the post title when reading a thread. (I think that makes sense).

Example: Topic #392861

The text is fine in the forum listing and the problem only seems to occur within the post itself.

Also within posts - you can use extended characters, e.g. ½ é but they don't show up in the post any more.

Trying to preview a post with extended characters gives an error page ("invalid character found"), so it may be by design.
