try perf marque 0121 248 0911...i have been with them for 5 years now,,but their royal sun policies are now cheaper than Nor union on Porsches,,,this didn't used to be the case....Oh and ask for Joanne, she sounds fantastic on the phone.

Norton Insurance in Birmingham do good insurance if you use your Porsche as a second car. (May have to be 10 years old too)
£324 for me for 3000 miles p.a. in a 944S2. If you want more miles, it is possible to 'buy' them if you run out!! Up to a max of 5000 I think.
