Watch at the end of the main straight when he brakes... you can see the wing clearly tilt back up!

Maybe it's just the reduction in aero pressure on the wing?

That's really pushing the envelope if you want to define that as normal wing flex under load. I was under the assumption that following the problems a few years ago everybodys wing had to remain totally inflexible. That is quite clearly moving a massive amount when the car is going in a straight line.

I noticed that too, but if it passes the test its ok, its up to fia if they change the parameters or not, and of course if other teams point it out

Innovation... First to suffer in F1. F1 needs innovation, and engineer creativity, instead of stifling it. Might as well be a one make series otherwise.

"No other team or the FIA have mentioned this matter to us, and if the FIA felt there was an issue then I am sure it would have been raised with us. Our car passed post-scrutineering in Spain without a problem."

Not quite, after all it would be against the laws of physics to make it totally inflexible.

The regulations have a clear test for this anyway so I'm not sure what the fuss is about. Either it passes the test or it doesn't and they're breaking the rules running the part.

FIA said:
3.17.5 The uppermost aerofoil element lying behind the rear
wheel centre line may deflect no more than 5mm horizontally when a
500N load is applied horizontally. The load will be applied 800mm
above the reference plane at three separate points which lie on the
car centre line and 250mm either side of it. The loads will be applied
in an rearward direction using a suitable 25mm wide adapter which
must be supplied by the relevant team.

3.17.6 In order to ensure that the requirements of Article 3.15 are
respected, the FIA reserves the right to introduce further
load/deflection tests on any part of the bodywork which appears to
be (or is suspected of), moving whilst the car is in motion.
