Whilst cleaning the car today I noticed I micro heating filaments in the front screen.
Does this actually work?
Is connected up? If so where the hell is the switch?
Or is it connected with the rear screen heater as they would need to come on at the same time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanx

A heated front screen was an option on the Cerb.

No idea how you turn it on though I'm afraid (I would have thought working at the same time as the rear would be sensible ???)

I don't have one but surely it must be better than the dire heaters in the Cerb for keeping the front screen clear in the very cold or damp weather?????

I have one on mine, I think it does work but as my screen never gets misted I have had no problems.
Yes, it turns on when you turn on the heated rear screen.

Its not as fast as the more modern cars to be honest but yes it works. The family freelander has it and it clears the screen that fast its silly.

Nobody but nobody is ever going to tell me that they never get a misty screen...never!

Cold night, fish & chips, curry sauce and a lady trying out the little shelf in the rear. Now if that does not steam up your windows god knows what will...Try Harder

Impossible in a Cerb, allegedly.
