Hi Guys, I have a superb farmhouse just completed ready to let to the right people!
I know it is a bit dear but hey, its the best! Cheap flights by Ryanair from Stansted to Ancona, then its only a brilliant 30 minute drive to the house!! There is no pool at the moment as funds have ran out. Hopfully later this year or next, as I want to get that right too!

The house looks great and I am sure you will have loads of interest from PH's -(driving in Italy and especially Marche) is first class - no speed cameras and cops who are only really interested in if you have insurance or not.
I also have a house in Marche (not finished yet) but am living here full-time.
