If this becomes law, you wont be able to drive a 10 year or older car on the UK roads......

Chuffin eck. I know this has been kicking around for a while. The cars makers were behind it a few years go but is it getting serious now?

Weird that the UK even considers this, as from the continent we think you are car crazy over there. Haven't heard about it here (Belgium), and still looking forward to the wedge to turn 25 years old (no road tax, easy going MOT, etc.).
Otherwise it would be come a pure track day thing, and abusing the club meetings to use the public road (club days create exemptions on about anything over here) - lets organise one everyday....
