PCM - CD Fault.

For some reason, the PCM (2001) cannot find the CD player.
The unit had been changing discs and functioning absolutely perfectly.

Then, at the end of a disc, the PCM changed to radio function. When I selected the CD player by pressing the appropriate button, the screen of the PCM says "No CD Player".

Tried to remove the cartridge; doesn't eject.

Is there a reset button?

Does anyone know what the problem might be?
