Having started cycling to work, I've managed to lose around a pound per week for the past 4 weeks.



Now I've discovered Krispy Kreme have opened a shop in Reading...



...I'm in deep trouble, I'm currently scoffing one yum



They even have a conveyor belt in the shop!!!

They are so cheap in America, unfortunately though not quite cheap enough to offset the cost of my airfare! hehe
