Looking at getting the front bonnet protected where and rough cost involved would be apreciated.

Hi Alex. I've got Paintshield on mine (www.xpeleu.com) and had it done at their UK base in Grantham. I had more than just the front done (I've got the lights, wing mirrors and side packs as well). Can't remember how much it was (and can't check until next week). You should have had a look on Sunday. Looks OK. Can see the line on the service bonnet, but this is somewhat dependant on the colour of your car and whether you forget to wipe the polish off properly at its edge (which is why mine is much more visible than when it went on!)

I used http://www.protectacar.co.uk/ , the cost was just under £250 (with 10% discount for TVRCC) for the nose of a Griff. It's great being able to use the car without worrying about chips, and the plastic film is hardly noticeable - I don't regret having it done at all.
