Its been for sale for quite some time now. I appreciate its a little bit modified and therefore not to everyone's taste, but I think its stunning, particularly the matt black paint. The spec also seems pretty good given the price.

It must be the "Cannonball Run" sticker that's putting people off. wink

Seriously, though, if I was still looking for a Cerb I'd go and look at that one.

I think I remember this car being up a while back - did it not do a Cannon/Gumball or something. If so and I have the right car, then I think it is recorded on the HPI as either a Cat C or D which won't help. I may be wrong and have the wrong car but it looks similar, sorry to the owner if I have spoken out of turn and especially if I have the wrong car which is possible.

Ah, was just posting that I remember this car from a year ago or so - hadn't spotted the Cannonball sticker in the rear screen .. must be the same one then.

I must say, thats the same recollection I had about the car. Remebered it from pictures of the start of the cannonball and I also had a vague memory it was a Cat repair, which I am surprised isn't stated in the ad. In which case, I have answered my own question.

Aye, tis on the register. Emailed the previous (maybe current) owner I think it was as I was after some info on the Carbon bonnet.

I think it's a good looking car.....

I particularly like what has been done to the rear light clusters..... Brings it up to date!

It's a good spec though - even if it is matt black. Strange how the photo's show it wet - to add shine?

I like it.........and I'm sure I've seen a prototype mainstream production car being shown in satin paint, maybe it'll catch on

There seems to be a large number of Cat Cs and Ds for sale right now. scratchchin

TBH there are cars that have been kept on the island going for stupidly low prices right now. I can't understand all this interest in Cat C/D cars.

My old 300zx was mat black, it looks ace for a few months, but scratches very very easily and looks very tatty after about 6 months. I wouln't recomend it to anyone unless you are willing to pay for a respray every 6 months

Yep! A lovely looking car but I agree with the comment on pics in the rain. If it was not for the paint, I would have given this car some serious thought when I was in the market.

A rub all over with baby oil would be nice...yes

yes but what with the effing bling wheels?? If you're going to go for the stealth/Darth Vader look, black wheels are what you want. Oh yes

And the Cannonball sticker would be the first to go.
