Basically it says that you can pick them up anytime after 25 th April between those hours.

From what I've seen, I think quite a few people received this email despite the fact that they had requested tickets to be posted. IIRC it was an error, but best to call them. Don't be stressed - I don't have my tickets yet either! wink

Found the number for the English speaking direct line, here you go: +33 2 43 40 25 40.

The email says "the tickets not sent out will be available to collect there and then:"

I guess if you don't receive them a week before you leave you'll just have to pick them up...

Call the office and speak to nadine. She speaks the best English in the ACO office.

Use your smoothest of charms.

she may well post them out for you, but do it quickly.

If you have to collect, don't worry about it; it's rock solid.

"Les reservations non expediees" - those resevations not sent

"seront a votre disposition" - will be available to you

In other words, if you haven't opted to have them posted, they'll be ready for collection at the Rotunda building. So, if you've paid the postage, you'll get them through the mail, if you haven't you pick 'em up.

In other words, the e-mail has not been sent wrongly - it just covers both options.

Yep, had the same mail.

Mailed them back asking what it meant and they replied stating that my tickets will be with me next week.

If you paid the postage, but for some reason end up picking them up, I should ask the women at the Rotunda for a refund. Take your credit card receipt and the account with you. They all speak English (although some better than others!)

I got an e-mail today confirming that a package had been despatched from Le Mans via UPS, so hopefully that's the tickets I ordered

UPS is certainly the firm used by the ACO so it's very hopeful!
