This evening, I thought I'd enjoy the sunny evenings while we have 'em, and decided to go out for a blast.

I stopped at the end of my road, just as a bus that was driving through the village slowed as the car in front of it turned right into my road. I noticed several cars behind the bus and not being inclined to pull out in front of the bus as it was only a few feet from the junction, I resigned myself to following said bus and it's convoy. However, the bus driver braked, stopped, and waved me out! clap

....I'll never say a bad word about bus drivers again! thumbup

You know that i'm a journalist!

It just had to be one of those 'orange' ones cruising our country lanes!
Didn't take much of a journo to work that one out!!!

Happen to know the real 'Andy' himself alias proprietor, Andy James! Nice chap.

Forget the 'coxster driver!' Looks like I'm in for a free pint!!!

I'll be there! But TVR less, mine is currently up in Oxford on a 'long' service!

Hopefully getting a lift with Ian -'Icraigmy' in the one and only Saggy basher! - otherwise known as Calne's silver 'mean' machine.

Look forward to seeing you there!
