Hello!I wonder if you know if a boxter has an electric roof? Im thinking it would need to go up and down fasr in case it rains and so not need a lot of effort!not interested in the big engines becase my partner needs to exptend the morgatge giving us about 15000pounds so speed isn't so important and all are extreme machines! Also are they safe to drive and whats the best way to keep them clean and shinny!?

ThanX

my friends' Boxster all have electric soft-tops, i don't know if they were ever delivered with a manual version but i guess not. because there is a bodyshell to hide the soft-top when the top is down, and that bodyshell is quite heavy to raise by hand.

Boxster only came with electric roof (c.15 seconds up/down). Very safe. 2.7 is better than 2.5 and 'S'is the best.

If you want to keep it clean and shiny leave it in the garage. Or, get a silver one (won't show the dirt) and use it regularly.
