Having a bit of a game finding someone to put MY own tyres on my new Dymags
No shortage of people willing to supply and fit their tyres though Sh
ers.
Anyone know a place to get them done? I'm willing to travel and pay a reasonable premium for the right service
I'm in North West London but anywhere around the M25 + a few miles will do.

Took my wheels to be shod today at a garage who on the phone flippantly said they could fit any tyre to any rim, I turned up and the guy S
t himself.. I cant do those my machines grip too hard???Went to see the local Ferrari specialist (thought they might know someone) and they recommended said dealer in Southall.
They were without doubt the most customer committed bunch I've come across No fuss Just VERY careful handling and my wheels were shod and balanced for the princely sum of £5:00 per wheel.
So if you want your wheels looked after speak to Lewis (not sure if I spelled that right) and they will treat your rims with Kid gloves.

Good stuff Tony
I remember that you said it made a big difference on your bike when you had them fitted - do they feel any different on the Noble..?
Haven't fitted them yet,

I wanted to get the wheel locks sorted and my heater blower installed first.Should all be done during the holiday (weather permitting).

Just to add to this so we can get a more rounded picture...they are a nice bunch of guys and I went over to see if they could get my wheels balanced as I was getting some fine vibration on cruising around 70mph in the RS4. They tried but couldn't get the balancing right. Very cheap though. In the end, I took the car to elite in Rainham who used their hunter force variation balancer. Problem now completely solved. Elite have always been spot on for all wheel/tyre issues I've had. Only downside is they are a bit further out and less convenient.Took my wheels to be shod today at a garage who on the phone flippantly said they could fit any tyre to any rim, I turned up and the guy S

I have to agree they were taking a long time over balancing my wheels, ended up putting weights on inner and outer rim on a couple of them.
I've only just fitted the wheels and am still scrubbing the tyres in so can't give a difinitve answer as to how they feel at speed but so far so good.
I will let all know when I have asked it the QUESTION?
and the wheels dont fall off
