These are my 'new' wheels.

Bought Duncan's old GTS alloys.

Got them re-furbed by BJV Engineering - powder coat in anthracite. Excellent service, collect & deliver.

Then fitted Tire Watch sensors (well my mate at PDQ did).

Then took them to STS Slough for some nice Dunlops (really good deal smile)

Here is the result.......

Just waiting for the HSV wheel caps now. I'm as pleased as punch though biggrin

Going to do the same with the original alloys, but in Metallic Black !!

On the 'carbon-look fascia above the drink holder. It has a thin plastic bracket (for bike use) - I stuck a small velcro patch to the back of that - will post a piccy tomorrow smile

I luv that velcro stuff - even used it to anchor the Racelogic head-enad so I can remove it.

BJV Engineering http://www.wheelrefurbishing.com
£118+VAT for 4

Takes a while for them to get back to you, best advice is to email them.

Yeah, you're dead right Paul - the CV8 wheels can definately be improved on!
Just have to find a supplier for 19"-ers with those Dunlops or the Proxes that are fitted at the moment which, I think, are an excellent tyre.

See you in Sept!

I have a similar set, same colour, refurbed about 1000 miles ago. I had them on my CV8 but had to take them off when I got the VXR.
Anyone interested in buying them? No tyres but come complete with Holden centres

Photos of the wheels hopefully below. They are 18", same as the CV8. The scratch on the one is not damage to the rim, but where the paint chipped off when the muppet who changed the wheels back to the original dropped one rim onto that one.
