Aftermarket Cruise Control

Guys,
Has anyone here fitted an aftermarket cruise control system on a Chimaera?

I've been looking at potentially having it installed due to the way speed limits are rigorously enforced here in Australia and it's currently way too easy to find my speed creeping up on long freeway runs without realising.

If anyone else has installed it or has any advice about the viability of fitting it to a Chimaera it would be useful.

I haven't heard of it being done but no reason why it shouldn't work.

I assume you'll need to tap into the digital speed signal at the back of the speedo..
